小粉红一般特指支那民间亲共人士，但社会上对于小粉红一词之定义众说纷纭，使之词义目前尚不明确。但一般而言，小粉红是指代「体制外以既得利益者的身份满腔热情、不遗余力地对CCP无脑拥护、吹捧洗地的肉猪，当赵老爷的铁拳打过来后，表现不一：或是立即180度大转弯痛骂中共，即投机主义者；或是对你匪依然愚忠，寄希望于平反，可悲又可恨」。因为其特有的极端民族主义，导致一般人难以与之交流，其行为模式亦与穆斯林有几分相似，但小粉红通常不支援政教合一这种政治意识形态。小粉红人群与岁静的重合度极其高，兔杂则是小粉红里的极端人群之一，属于其子集。
